The freestanding Villa Jakosi is located on the Istrian peninsula. In the immediate area - about 7 km each - are the picturesque town of Labin and the vibrant Rabac. The property is located on a hillside, 150 metres above the sea.
The view is amazing with an almost 180 degree view of the Kvarner Bay all the way to the islands of Cres and Losinj. Villa Jakosi thus offers you a quiet location, easy access to land, beaches, harbours and amenities.

The residence is not barrier-free, as the respective floors can be reached via stairs. However, the shower is at ground level.
If you are very sportive, there is certainly a lot you can do by bike. Otherwise, we recommend travelling by car or renting a car locally.
