House Rules
- The final cleaning will be charged separately. Intermediate cleaning is possible on request (please before your stay), but cannot be guaranteed.
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
- The maximum number of persons for Villa Jakosi is 5, not including babies.
- Rubbish has to be sorted. The rubbish bins are on the street.
- The remote controls of the air conditioners are to be left in the holder.
- Jumping into the pool is prohibited for safety reasons.
- After using the washing machine, close the tap valve.
- The outdoor shower is to be used in the sense of sustainability.
- Couch and seat cushions are to be kept indoors at night.
- The refrigerator and freezer unit must be handed over cleaned and is not part of the final cleaning.
- The car parking space is in the courtyard. Parking is to be done in such a way that the driveways and access roads can be passed by other vehicles. Please think of your own safety.
- Open fires and barbecues with charcoal are not permitted due to the fire hazard.
- The gate system must always be locked after passage in both directions.
- The visitor's tax will be charged separately accordingly.
- The deposit is charged separately.
- Damages will be checked after departure and charged against the deposit.
- Smoking in the building is not permitted.
- Guests, beyond the registered 5 persons, are allowed as long as they do not stay overnight.
- Music is permitted at normal volume from 10:00 to 23:00.
