Villa Jakosi is comfortably furnished and is particularly suitable for families. The outdoor area of the villa includes, among other things, a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a partially covered terrace with dining seating area, an electric barbecue and a private parking space. The living areas are all equipped with air conditioning.
The villa offers a total of three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a TV, a wardrobe and seating. The first adjoining bedroom is ideal as a children's room. The second adjoining bedroom can be quickly transformed into a bedroom or small living room by the comfortable sofa bed. Another children's bed is available.
The large living and dining room with open kitchen offers the perfect view of the blue Adriatic Sea. In addition to a guest WC, there is a spacious bathroom with two washbasins, plenty of storage space, a toilet and a rain shower with a seating area on the basement bedroom level.
In addition to the cosy interior, the villa's outdoor area also invites you to relax. The pool is the ideal cooling spot for the warm Croatian sunny days. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. Both next to the pool and on the terrace is an excellent place for sunbathing. The terrace also offers a comfortable seating area for a sunny breakfast or a romantic dinner, which is also partially covered in case of a warm summer rain.
